What's on the La Peregrina catering menu

Our catering menu is a starting point, not a ceiling — every event is built to your crowd and dietary needs. The centerpiece is usually a live station: a seafood, mixed or vegetarian paella cooked over open flame, or a made-to-order pasta station with carbonara, amatriciana, puttanesca, alfredo and pesto.

Around the stations we build grazing and charcuterie tables, passed canapés — ceviche cups, bruschetta, salmon-avocado spoons, cheese and meat skewers — and a parrillada of churrasco, short ribs, chicken and chistorra. Full hot buffets with rice, sides and salads are available for larger seated crowds.

Sweet options round things out, from fruit and pastel marshmallow pops for showers to dessert displays for weddings. Dietary notes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, no-pork and shellfish allergies — are built into the menu when you book rather than improvised on the day, so every guest is accounted for.

We quote every menu individually to your service style and guest count, with everything in writing before you commit and no charge to ask. Because we cook on-site, the menu is also a show: guests watch the paella pan fill with color or the pasta finished to order. We bring the equipment and crew, scale portions to your exact headcount so there's plenty without waste, and tailor every dish to your event rather than serving a fixed package.
